Rebecca Jane Ballew Hubbard was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 12:10 p.m. She was preceded in death by her father Gordon Everett Ballew and niece Deidre Bowers.
She was a member of Laurel Bank Baptist Church for 43 years. Becky was involved with multiple children’s activities, classes and missions. Her love was VBS!
Survivors include her Loving husband of 45 years, James Major Hubbard; mother, Nellie Grace Lane Ballew; son and daughter in law, Patrick and Mitzi (Cable) Hubbard of Louisville; granddaughter, Mikayla Cable; sister and brother in law, Brenda and Willard Perryman of Maryville; sister, Donna Daly of Florida; half sisters, Lois Bray of South Dakota, Dorthy Zeller of Arizona and Loretta Schwalter of Georgia; nieces, Beth and husband Tommy Coppenger and Andrea Bailey; nephew, Stephen and wife, Lynn Nuchols; great niece, Tessa; special friends, Rheems and Shirley Scott and family from Florida, Johnny and Peggy Settlemyre, First Place Class, Maryville Cupcakes , Landry Stinnett and many other special friends.
Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Laurel Bank Baptist Church, Rev. Charles Bailey, Rev. Steve Linginfelter, and Rev. Chuck Young officiating. Graveside service and interment to follow at Louisville Cemetery.
