Mrs. Meade was a residential manager for ResCare and was preceded in death by her grandmother Eula Blankenship, uncle Gary Blankenship, Aunt Sue McCartney, Lucy Blankenship and cousin Angela Walker.
Survivor include her father Michael E. Kinney of Charleston, WV, mother Lindell Blankenship of Lake, WV, husband Timmy G. Meade, a very special boy she cared for; Nathaniel Jacob Scott Ball, siblings; Shawn Kinney of Lake and Paula Fortson of Charleston, and a very special friend like a sister; Tammy Bartram.
Services will be 1:00 PM Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV with Rev. Roger McCauley officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill, WV.
