Mrs. Ratliff was born Nov. 24, 1952, the daughter of the late James Ray and Ida Mae Craft Ballard.
She was a member of Faith Assembly of God. She loved her church and family and was a very caring person. She would give the shirt off of her back to anyone who may need it. She worked for many years at Croft Metals, where she was an accountant. She also worked as a dispatcher for trucking companies.
Survivors include her spouse, Isaac Ratliff; a son, Jamie L Ratliff (Trista) of Gautier; a daughter, Jessica Ratliff of McComb; stepsons, Justin I. Ratliff of Richton and Richard D. Ratliff of Tylertown; stepdaughters, Sandra Harkleroad (Jerry) of Magnolia and Angela Tucker (Dale) of Hattiesburg; a brother, James Ray "Buddy" Ballard Jr. of Fernwood; two sisters, Brenda McKenzie (Atley) of Fernwood and Nancy Thaxton (Richard) of Fernwood; 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
