Amanda C. Bradley Dead. Died at her home near Bachelor, at 9:30 o'clock Monday morning, November 13, 1911, of old age and general debility. Mrs. Amanda C. Bradley, aged 72 years, 11 months and 1 day. She was a daughter of the late Stephen Dudley, one of the early pioneer citizens of Callaway, and was born December 12, 1838. She was twice married, first to Frank Day, her second husband being James H. Bradley. There are three children by the first marriage and four by the latter. They are Mrs. James Hunt, Mrs. Charles Bradley, J. H. Bradley and George W. Bradley, all of whom are living. The remains were laid to rest in the Friendship church burial grounds at Bachelor, Tuesday November 14th, at 12 O'clock after a short service in the church. She was one of the good old time mothers and leaves, besides her family, a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn her death.
