Earl Long, who was accidentally killed in a bread mixing machine in the Ernst Bakery in Grand Island, lived in Doniphan with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Long, when a little child. He is a nephew of Mrs. E. L. Sparks and Will Benson.

The Funeral of Earl Long, who lost his life in an accident at the Ernst Bakery on Friday last, was held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning from the Geddes Undertaking parlors, Rev. W. L. Austin, of Trinity M.E. church, officiating. Interment took place in the Grand Island cemetery. Relatives of the deceased, from California, attended the services.
