Terry Duane Byrd, 48, Walnut, Kansas, died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007 at his sister's home in Neodesha, Kansas, after an illness.
He was born Sept. 15, 1958 in Oswego, Kansas, to Elmer and Ethel (Wolfe) Byrd.
Survivors include his mother, Ethel Byrd; a son, Gary Byrd, of Walnut, KS; two daughters, Stacy Kirkpatrick, of Walnut, KS, and Missy Landers, of Arizona; two brothers, Allen and Ronnie Byrd; seven sisters, Jewell Ridings, Bonnie Bedell, Cindy Cothern, Lucy Northcutt, Sue McCuistion, Kathy Holtsclaw and Irene Eaton; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Services will be Feb. 23, 2007 at the Thomas Funeral Home, Welch, OK. Interment will follow at Walker Cemetery, west of Welch, OK.
