Roger Craddock was a veteran of WW II serving in Co K, 144th Infantry, 36th Infantry as a Second Lieutenant. In 1942 he was assigned to 103rd Infantry Division and commanded a Rifle Company in southern France, Germany and into Austria. During the Korean Conflict, Colonel Craddock served with the 24th Infantry as Operations Officer and later as a Battalion Commander.
Served in three World War II campaigns and two Korean campaigns. Recipient of Combat Infantryman's Badge with star (2) Legion of Merit with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star with "V" device and two oak leaf clusters, Army Commendation Medal with two oak leaf clusters, Republic of Korean Presidential Unit Citation.
Roger Craddock retired after 20 years in the Armed Forces and became a fantastic Buick Car Salesman in San Antonio TX.
