Alberta I. "Dottie" Morton, 76, died Wednesday February 7, 1990 in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born in Glen Haven, Wisconsin and had been a Vallejo resident for 34 years. She owned and operated Morton Antiques in Benicia for 10 years, retiring in 1975 and was a member of St. Catherine Church and the North Bay Budgie Club.
She is survived by two sisters, Sylvia Hollenberger of Vallejo and Esther Kemp of Arizona; and four brothers, Tip Schumacher of Vallejo, Melvin F. Schumacher of Iowa, Lester E. Schumacher of Nevada, and Robert J. Schumacher of Montana.
The rosary will be recited at 8 tonight at Colonial Chapels and a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Catherine Church. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Fred "Babe" Morton, who passed away September 16, 1985 and a brother, Valorous Schumacher.

There were no children from this union.
