Charles (Gerald) Moody Gilman was the son of David Gilman Jr. and Mehetable Moody. He was raised by Able Ware Gilman an older brother of his father. I don't believe he ever knew of David. His death certificate shows Amos (Able) is listed as his father. The informant on the death certificate was his wife Ida Mae. Charles married Ida Mae Hardinger around 1900 in Nebraska they had 9 children from 1901 to 1919. He died from Myocardial Collapse as a result of a Fractured right femur of his hips also noted is lenite demential following shock of the fracture, he died in the Lutheran Hospital in Norfolk, Nebraska.
