"Ejnar G Anderson, 71, of Townville died at his home Friday morning after a long illness. Mr Anderson was born at Grand Valley, Dec 1, 1897, the son of August and Jenny Anderson. He married Amy Beebower [on] June 3, 1924. He was a retired cattle dealer, a member of the Townville United Methodist Church and a member of the Townville Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by his wife; two daughters - Mrs Howard (Genevieve) Cooper of Wellsville, NY, and Mrs Lawrence (Carol) Steadman of Townville; one son, Kenneth Anderson of Townville; one sister, Mrs Ernest (Esther) Johnson of Dunkirk, NY; [and] six grandchildren. Friends may call at the Willis L Arnold Funeral Home at Townville....and attend the funeral service there at 4 pm Sunday with Rev R G Lilley of the Townville United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery at Townville."
