Doris J. Spurr, age 84 of Fairborn, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Dayspring of Miami Valley. She was born September 2, 1932 in Eaton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Raymond and Viola Creager.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Spurr; and brothers, Larry, Ronnie and Tom Creager.
Doris is survived by her daughters, Carla Carlson, Teresa (Steven) Spurr-Wyer; grandchildren, Mark Carlson, Tracy Carlson, Samuel Carlson; siblings, Vera Fudge, Kay Hoops, Joyce (Dave) Smith, Sandy (Phil) Renner, Jerry (Linda) Creager; Edith (Didi) Biser, Darlene (Phil) Dane; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 5-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424).
