Grover was the son of Robert J LaGrange and Edith Lancaster.
Although he was born in Ohio he lived most of his life in Syracuse. He was a Veteran of WW II, having served in the U.S. Army. He worked for the New York Central Railroad for many years.
He was survived by a sister, Fern Walters of Syracuse; a brother, William LaGrange of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
