Norma A. Bedwell, 87, of Sarasota, FL formerly of Decatur, IN died on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 7, 1926 in Decatur, IN to the late Delmer Clyde and Mary Ruth (Worden) McClure. On September 4, 1948 she married Wm. Wade Bedwell. Norma was a homemaker and worked at Gerber's Super Valu for 33 years and was also an avid bowler. She is survived by her husband Wm. Wade Bedwell of Sarasota, FL; three sons, Alan Bedwell of Decatur, IN, Max Bedwell of Sarasota, FL and Bruce (Nancy) Bedwell of Bluffton, IN; a sister Glenda (Chuck) Hosier of Ft. Wayne, IN; five grandchildren, Corey Bedwell of Bluffton, IN, Tracey (Sarah) Bedwell of New Haven, IN, Shaunda Bedwell of Bluffton, IN, Ryan Bedwell of Seattle, WA and Kristen Bedwell of Bluffton, IN and 5 great grandchildren; a niece and 5 nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers; one in infancy, Virgil McClure and Ralph Milo McClure and a sister in infancy. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
