Lois Mildred Watkins Niemeyer, 81, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018.∼She died at home approx. 1 month after learning she had 3 small brain tumors. She was born in Duplin Co. Via midwife, and raised in Onslow Co. and wouldn't have wanted to die any other place than home. She was so brave, never received any chemotherapy. She had suffered a stroke prior the only CATSCAN ever done that revealed the tumors. She was nothing but amicable. What a great woman that took so much knowledge to the grave. She was so pretty despite her lifetime belief that she was ugly. Beautiful woman inside and out.
