Gretta passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital and had been a lifetime resident of Brighton. After graduating from Brighton High School she went to University of Northern Colorado, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Before retiring in 2007, she worked as a school teacher and Administrative Assistant. She enjoyed going to the senior center and spending time with her friends. Survivors beside Richard included: sons Brad (Jean) of Brighton, Jeff (Marlys) of Ft. Lupton, Marc (Elvie) of Syracuse, UT, and Rick (Christy) of Whitehouse, TX; daughters Michelle (Mark) of Keenesburg and Kim (Chris) of Round Rock, TX; brother Ralph (Donna) Wright of Rocklin, CA; and 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral Services held on June 30th at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home.
