Barbara Louise Anderson died peacefully in her home on Thursday, February 16, 2017 in Nibley, Utah at the age of 52 surrounded by her loving family.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Jeff Anderson; children, Trudy McCabe (Chris), Tyson Anderson (Brandi), and Tiffany Holland (Kyle); siblings, LaVon Anderson (Diane), Ruth Culbertson (Sal), Ralph Anderson (Sue). She is preceded in death by her father, Keller Anderson; mother, Grace Owen; step-father, Morris Owen; and brother, Norman Anderson.

Barbara was born on September 24, 1964 in Logan, Utah to Keller and Grace Anderson. She graduated from Sky View High School in 1982 and also attended Preston High School. She married Jeff Anderson, the love of her life in 1982. After moving to Nibley the couple dedicated their lives to their three children. Her children remember her as a kind, loving, mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals and loved them unconditionally.

Barbara enjoyed reading romance novels, spending time with her family, being outdoors, and spending the summers at Bear Lake. She was an active and dedicated member of the New Life Fellowship church. She was a strong, selfless individual who loves her savior Jesus Christ and who was passionate about spending time with her grandchildren (Zoie, Kirra, and Talon Anderson) and (Kyrani and Kayloni Holland).

Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Nyman Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 20, 2017 at New Life Fellowship (2045 N. 800 E. North Logan, Utah) at 11 a.m. with viewings prior to services from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2017 and 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Monday. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Barbara’s life. The family would like to thank IHC hospice, Lisa Mitchell, and Randy Anderson for their care and dedication to Barbara’s comfort.
