Edna Iova Owen, 65, of Route 2, Ozark, widow of Everett Owen, died Friday at Sparks Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Owen was a native of Newton county, born July 3 1919, to Theo and Sarah Reynolds Robinson. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include three daughters, Oma Barton of Cecil, Shirley Coble of Ozark and Wanda Estep of Chelan, Wash.; two sons, Norman Haught of Ozark, and Eugene Atha of Chelan, Wash; one step-daughter, Rosey Ford of Ulysses, Kans.; one step-son, Ronnie Childers of Kansas; two sisters, Harley Mason of Washington, Evelyn Gilly (Gilleg) of San Antonio; seven brothers, Haskell Robinson of Washington, Everett and Charlie Robinson, both of Fresno, Calif., Russell Robinson of San Antonio and Clarence and William Robinson, both of Florence, Colo.; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Shaffer Funeral home chapel, with Rev. Chris Cooper officiating. Burial was in Oak Ridge cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bob Haynes, Sam White, Robert Bowles, Roland Owens, Preston Estep and David Howe.
