Barbara Sue (Cooper) Farrar passed from this life on Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Lake Stockton Nursing Home in Stockton, Missouri. Barbara was 80 years old and she had been suffering from cardiopulmonary and renal problems for several months.

Barbara was born in Birch Tree, MO. to Pearl (Buffington) and Bynum Cooper on September 22, 1936. She was the oldest of four children. Barbara's two brothers preceded her in death, but she is survived by her sister, Nova Allen of West Plains, MO.

Barbara was married in July of 1955 to the love of her life, James Farrar, who preceded in her death. They are both survived by four sons, James of Fair Grove, MO., Dennis of Fair Hope, AL., Steven of Cane Hill, MO., and Kenneth of Desoto, MO.

Barbara's legacy also includes ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one niece; and five nephews, all of which she adored and cherished.

Visitation for Barbara will be at Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, MO. on Friday, July 14th from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., followed immediately by her funeral services.

Pallbearers will be Barbara's grandsons: Jeremy Farrar, Matt Farrar, Chris Farrar, Steven Farrar, David Copeland, Jeffery Copeland.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, MO.
