ALEDA MARIE SIDES
AGE 91 YEARS


Aleda Marie Sides, of Loyalsock Township, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Arista Care of Loyalsock. Her final days were spent surrounded by her loving family. She was a daughter of Joseph and Bessie Kragle Braunbeck.

Aleda was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Donald O. Sides; daughter, Donna Sitler; sister, Dorothy Haug; brother, Glenn Braunbeck; and her great-grandson, Chase McKissick.

Aleda was a graduate of Williamsport High School and of Philadelphia licensed practical nursing school. She was a part time employee at Faxon cleaners for many years.

Aleda attended Pine Street United Methodist Church. She planted the seed of faith in all of her family. Aleda lived a life of strong faith and caring and always found the positive in every situation.

She is survived by her daughters, Judith (Arthur) Thompson, of Williamsport and Virla (George) Ocker, of Montoursville; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Interment: Montoursville Cemetery.
