Peter P. Grillo, 86, of Wethersfield, beloved husband for 60 years of Lucille (Cianci) Grillo, died Friday, (February 23, 2007) at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Lawrence, MA. he was the son of the late Salvatore and Rose Grillo and lived in Wethersfield for many years. He retired in 1985 from Connecticut Transit after many years of service and he also had worked in real estate for many years. Mr. Grillo served in World War II with the U.S. Army 363rd Engineer Battalion and was honorably discharged in December 1945. Besides his wife Lucille he is survived by two grandchildren, Sherilyn Walker and Timothy Osgood, Jr. and his wife Santina, four great grandchildren, Mallory Walker, Hunter, Giovanna and Marzia Osgood, two sisters, Mary Gianinoto and her husband Angelo of Stafford Springs and Edith Costanzo of Cornwall, NY and a brother John Grillo and his wife Kathy of Wellfleet, MA. He was predeceased by his daughter Joanne Grillo Osgood and his brother Samuel Grillo.
