Steven Earl Ackley, 58, of Fredericksburg passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Mary Washington Hospital. Steven graduated from Annandale HS, Annandale, Va., with the Class of 1977.
Steven married Donna Lynn Hall in Fairfax County, Va., in 1981.
Mr. Ackley was retired from the Department of Defense.
Survivors include his son, Christopher Ackley; mother Charlotte Ackley; sister Sandy Ackley; and brother Scott Ackley. He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Ackley.
A graveside service will be held at noon Saturday, July 15 at Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
