Janna enjoyed life and was active in the lives of both friends and family. She and her husband, Joe, met when they were both patients in the same hospital as teenagers. Joe and Janna were married for 53 years. They, along with their boys, Andy and Blake, enjoyed life together traveling all over the United States with the Model T Ford Club International.
Janna was also a Cub Scout Leader and a fun loving grandma. Janna was a woman who, as Andy summed up, "She was always there."
Janna was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Elizabeth Munsell; and her sister, Myrna McKeand.
Janna leaves behind her husband, Joe; sons, Andy (Julie) and Blake (Kelly); grandchildren, DJ, Sam, Lexie, and Cassie; and her sister, Sara Munsell.
She will be missed immensely.
A Celebration of Life Party will be held in Janna's memory at the Firemen's Lodge on 53rd Street on Sunday, July 30, 2017, from 2 to 6 p.m.
Friends and family are invited to attend. Please come with your memories and stories to share in celebration of the beautiful person she was.
Arrangements are being handled by Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, Anderson.
