BAKER— BURRIS.

Mr. William A. Baker of Duncansville and Miss Annie M. Burris of Hollidaysburg were married at the par­sonage of Zion Lutheran church,Hollidaysburg, at noon Wednesday.
The bridegroom is a delivery clerk, employed
in one of the leading mercantile establishments in Duncansville, and his bride was formerly a telephone operator.
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds left on a wedding trip, which will bespent with relatives of the bride at Butler.
On their return, they will takeup housekeeping in Duncansville.

WILLIAM A. BAKER

Well known Pennsylvania railroad shipping clerk at the Altoona freight station, died this morning at 1.45 o’clock at his home, 615 Second avenue, Duncansville, following a brief illness.
He was a son of John Q. and Clara (McCloskey) Baker and was born at the Baker homestead at Catfish, Blair township, Oct. 2, 1879.
He was twice married, the first union being with Erie Jacobs, who died in 1908. One son, Raymond L. Baker of Duncansville, survives this union.
The second marriage was with Annie Burris of Philipsburg, who survives, with these brothers and sisters: Mae N. Baker and Blair A. Baker of Duncansville, Mrs. Ella J. Helsel of Newry and Marion H. Baker of Hollidaysburg, and five grandchildren.
Mr. Baker had served as a shipping clerk at the Altoona freight station for forty years and had resided in Duncansville for the pasty thirty-five years where he was a member of the Lutheran church.
Friends will be received at the home.
