Janet Marie Allen, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, on July 17, 2017. She was born to the late Omar and Tina (Dent) Bias in Hewett, WV. on May 7, 1938. Active member of Obetz Community Senior Center and member of the Red Hat Society. She was a loving mom, mamaw, and great mamaw. Janet was a proud country girl from West Virginia who enjoyed gardening, listening to country music, and loved following Elvis impersonators. Preceded in death by husband, Charles; son, John David; several brothers and a sister. Survived by daughters, Lisa (Rob) Richards, and Patti (Mike) McGrew; grandchildren, Josh, Kyle, Jake, and Ryan; great granddaughter, Kayleigh; brother, Juddy Bias of Hewett, WV., and a host of other family and friends. Friends may call at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM where services will be held on Saturday at 10 AM. Interment at Obetz Cemetery. Pastor Jeff Greenway officiating.
