Keith Miles Anderson age 61 of Leesburg passed away Sunday July 16, 2017 at his residence. He was born on November 11, 1955 in Dayton the son of the late Marlyn Ralph and Mary Ethel (Eades) Anderson. Keith graduated from Bethel High School and went on to serve his country in the United States Army. After returning from the Army he worked as a tool and cutter grinder for over 25 years. He was a member of the North Dayton Anglers & Gun Club, a member of the F.O.E. Lodge #2201 in Tipp City and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2695 in Troy. Keith is survived by his life companion of Hillsboro; three siblings and several nieces, nephews and friends. Keith was the core person in Val's life. Together they raised two sons; two grandchildren; Tommy his beloved designer poodle and his beloved six cats, Little Ed, Kitty Tom, Rosie, Boonie, Dirty Face, Annie and twelve horses. He spent his life protecting and being kind. The governor of Ohio presented him with a plaque for saving a drowning 8-year-old boy in Tipp City. He spent hours taking people to chemo treatments in Cincinnati, sometimes driving four times a week and making their life comfortable. He always said, "I can't take care of the whole world but I can make my little corner of the world a better place." In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers. In keeping with his wishes, his body will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on August 12, 2017 at the North Dayton Anglers Camp Ground, 5830 Elizabeth Bethel Rd. Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Some food will be provided. If you so wish you can bring a dish and beverage. Bring your pictures and stories to share. Hope to see you there. We will be having a memorial tree of life planting.
