Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Mark Caldwell; sons, Clay "Bo" (Hailey) and David (Angie) Jaggers; half-brother, Roy Lee Jaggers, Jr.; and half-sisters, Tammy, Jennifer and Sandra. She was previously married to the late Thomas S. Evitt.
