Mrs. Walter Schultz, ___ ___ ___ 12th St., Two Rivers, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital at 7:30 a.m. Monday, where she had been a patient since Saturday. She had been treated for a heart condition for the past two years.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. W. G. Haase officiating. Interment will be in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.

Mrs. Schultz, nee Hattie La Fond, was born in Sheboygan in 1893, a daughter of the late Joseph M. and Hedwidge Cayo La Fond. She was only a child when the family brought her to Two Rivers. Attending the Two Rivers schools, Mrs. Schultz later trained in nursing at a Milwaukee hospital. Returning to Two Rivers, she was married in 1915 to Walter Schultz Sr.

She is survived by her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Krizek of Two Rivers and a son Walter Jr., at home; two sisters, Mrs. Willard Winters of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Miss Julia La Fond of Chicago.

Friends may call at the Beduhn, Deja & Martin Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, from 7 p.m. Tuesday to 10 a.m. Thursday when the casket will be taken to the church where the body will lie in state until the time of services.
