She reportedly died on June 27, 1907 in Liberal Kansas (at least, according to https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:SB9Y-518. Thank you Shary for the info!). I haven't yet found primary documentation to verify that, but she apparently did die between 1900 and 1910, because she is in the 1900 census, and her husband is listed as widowed in Kansas in the 1910 census.

Although the above-referenced site indicates she died in Liberal Kansas and was buried in Oklahoma, another site ( https://www.genealogy.com/ftm/h/e/n/Bobbi-J-Henley/GENE10-0004.html#ENDNOTEREF14 ) says that she died in Hooker, Texas County, Oklahoma. I have not yet found a burial record for her.
