She was a member of the Missionary Society at the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in New York City. She attended the New Life Christian Community Church in Lowell, with her daughter.
She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Mildred and Leroy Blackwell, and Gloria Johnson; three brothers, Macio Holiday, Lewis Holiday and Lincoln Holiday; and four grandchildren, Cynthia Alston, Denis Blackwell, Gloria Garrick and Brian McCray.
