Bill D. Cress, 82, of Irving, Texas, died Sunday. He was born in Butler, Ill., and was a diesel mechanic. He served in the Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his daughters, Beverly Cunningham of Grapevine, Texas, Judy Cummings of El Cajon and Lizabeth Malega of San Diego; stepson, John Moore of Irving, Texas; sisters, Opal Klepper of Wildwood, Mo., and Rosemary Osborn of Coeur d ' Alene, Idaho; brothers, Dan Cress of Banning and Bob Cress of Hillsboro, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services: 3 p.m. Saturday, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah ' s Witnesses, 9602 Murray Drive, La Mesa.
Arrangements: American Cremation Service.
