During this union there was 1 child that survived, Malinda Jacobs born in Johnson County, Arkansas in 1862 she married Nathan Byrd in Johnson County, Arkansas. Lusinda and a baby died while she was giving birth and their burial place is unknown to me currently. William then married Sallie Arnold in Johnson County, Arkansas. During this union William and Sallie had 11 children. Sallie passed 5 October 1886 in Johnson County, Arkansas with burial at Bethlehem Cemetery. She now lies in between her husband William and son James.
