WALKERTON, IN. - Jimmie L. Adams, 47, of Walkerton, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. He was born November 27, 1969 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of James L. Adams and Susan C. (Wolfenbarger) Sanders.
He is survived by his step-father, Doug Sanders, Sr. of La Porte; two brothers, Doug (Angela) Sanders of La Porte, Scott Adams of La Porte; two nieces, Hayley (Tim) Gust of La Porte, Paige Dykstra of La Porte; two nephews, Thomas Dykstra of La Porte, William Dykstra of La Porte; great-nephew, Parker Gust, and great-niece, Willow Elliott, both of La Porte.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew, Brandon Adams (FAG 22798419).
Jimmie enjoyed animals and working on cars, he also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, where the family will receive friends Thursday, August 10, 2017, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Thursday August 10, 2017 at 6:00 pm with Rev. Bill Barnes officiating.
