Orville M. Firman passed away Tuesday, May 24th at the home of his sister, Mrs. Ethel Atkins, where he had been ill for several months. He was born in Richfield about sixty-three years ago, a son of Delmar Firman and Annette (Hinds) Firman, Surviving, besides the sister mentioned, is a son, Walter Melvern Firman, of Hartwick Seminary. The funeral was held at the Atkins home Saturday at 2 p. m., with burial in Schuyler Lake cemetery. Relatives who attended the funeral from out of town were from Burlington Flats, Johnstown, Gloversville, Chepachet, Schuyler Lake, Richfield Springs and Hartwick Seminary.
