Irma Lear Abell, 88, died Sunday at Baptist East Hospital East.

She was a former member of the Pilot Club and a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church.

Survivors: a stepdaughter, Anna Abell; two nieces Sharon Cooper and Dr. Teri Lear, both of whom cared for her; and three grandchildren.

Funeral: 11:30 a. m. Wednesday, Pearson's, 149 Breckinridge Lane.
Burial: Resthaven Memorial.
Visitation: after 10:30 a. m. Wednesday.
