Mrs. Stoner J. Abell, wife of the manager of the insurance department at Bruce Hoblitzell Company, died of a heart attack about 8 a. m. Sunday at her home, 4003 Elmwood. She was 41.

Mrs. Abell had been under treatment for a heart ailment for several months.
Mrs. Abell was the former Amelia Gay Bird. She was a member of St. Matthews Episcompal Church.
In addition to her husband, survivors include a daughter, Miss Anna K. Mulkern.
The funeral will be at 2 p. m. Tuesday at Pearson's, 149 Breckinridge Lane, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
