Daniel G. Adams, 59, formerly of Lewistown, died Thursday, March 3, 2016, at his home in Melbourne, Fla.
Born Dec. 3, 1956, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Glenn Adams and Jeanne (Price) Adams, who survives.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his wife, Diane (Barnes) Adams.
He is also survived by: his brothers, David Adams and wife, Sandy, of Siblerville, and Darryl Adams and wife, Laura, of Cheyenne, Wyo., and his longtime friend and companion, Kathy Herto.
He was a graduate of Lewistown High School, Class of 1974.
Daniel served in the U.S. Air Force in Athens, Greece.
He worked in the security department as a policeman with the Department of Defense at Cape Canaveral in Florida.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes Inc., Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Howard Houtz officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
