Thelma Sue Addington, age 89, of Rocky Face, Georgia, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Addington; parents, Hugh and Ruby Hill; sister, Lavirne Polk; niece, Sue Ann Polk Hasty; sister-in-law, Ida Lee Hill; nephew, Michael Hilton; brother-in-law, Bobby Polk.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Bill Masters of Rocky Face; sister, Wilma Polk of Dalton; brother, Jimmie Dale Hill of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Loyd and Mary Hill of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; nephew and nieces, Michael and Christina Masters, Ricky and Sharon Polk, Charlotte and Bert Poston, Kay and Larry Heckman, and Tequita Hilton. Several great nieces and nephews also survive.
The funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Addington will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Rocky Face Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Gentry Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Valley Cemetery.
