MILLIE JEAN GROSS CRUTCHER, 88, of Paris, died Saturday July 7, 2007 at Paris Healthcare Center. Starrett Funeral Home will conduct graveside rites at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday July 10, 2007 at Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Beverly Olsen officiating.
Mrs. Crutcher was born June 26, 1919 in Prescott, AR, a daughter of Bryon Spain and Mary Agnes Gross. She was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn McPherson of Rio Vista; three granddaughters, Carolyn Robinson and husband Ricky of Rio Vista, Happy Slaughter and husband Bob, of Rio Vista, and Ryan Sims and husband Neil, of Maypearl.
She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters, M.B. Gross, Walter Gross, Hubert Gross, Jack Gross, Luther Gross, Noreen Rosion, Sally Nabors, Captoli Paulina and Katie Walker.
Named as honorary pallbearers are her great-grandsons, Matt Slaughter, Brian Fleck, Cody Robinson and Chad Robinson.
