He was predeceased by his grandparents, James Schnell and Jacquelyn Schnell; and step-grandparents, Manuel Alvarez and Felisa Alvarez. He was survived by his mother; his father; his step-mother; three brothers; three sisters; his girlfriend; a grandparent; his 9 nieces and nephews; and his extended, blended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 17, 2017, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in La Quinta, CA. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, August 18, 2017, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, followed by interment at Coachella Valley Cemetery.
