Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Vicente Alderete, children, Richard Alderete and his wife, Dolores, Alfred Alderete and his wife, Myrna and Robert Alderete, sixteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, sister, Onofra Sanchez, brother, Tommy Chávez and his wife, Erminia and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
