Apparently Marie was ill as they had applied for passports in 1921 and to sail on 7/21/1921 to Italy, Holland, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Great Britain and Gibraltar. The passports were cancelled, as Marie died in June 1921. Ralph took the voyage in 1923.
Per WWI draft, age 33; he and Marie were living at 411 Parkside Ave. in Brooklyn; he worked for James F. White & Co on 54 Worth St; he was short, slender build, had blue eyes and brown hair.
Was a linens salesman per 1/14-15/1920 census, living on 411 Parkside Ave in Brooklyn; a merchant in 1923; lived at 43 Leonard St, NY in 1929
