Walter Allen Bancroft age 94 of Buffalo passed away August 30, 2017 at the Buffalo Prairie Care Center. Walter was a retired Construction Foreman and Farmer. He was a WW II Veteran, a member of the DAV and he loved the lord.

Walter is survived by his Wife: Alice; 1 Daughter: Sherri Lee Hughes and Husband Danie; 4 Sons: Merton Allen Bancroft and Wife Linda; Mervon Arden Bancroft and Wife Altonya; Cleve Randall Bancroft and Wife Peggy; Curtis Aaron Bancroft and wife LaValle. 17 Grandchidren, 27 Great Grandchildren, and 16 Great Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday September 2, 2017 in the Montgomery-Viets Chapel with the Rev. Ronald Lilley officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Grove Cemetery under the direction of the Montgomery-Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Friday September 1, 2017 in the Montgomery-Viets Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the person's favorite Mission.
