Tammy 11, of Tuppers Creek died at
home today after a long illness. She
was the daughter of Linda Kay Hughart
Dolder of Tuppers Creek and Alfred Harrison Dolder of Belle.
Tammy was preceded in death by her
grandmother Helen O'Dell Sellers Dolder
and grandfather, Alfred Harrison Dolder of Lynnbrook, N.Y. and step-grandmother Mildred Dolder of Lynnbrook,N.Y.
Tammy is survived by her brothers: Gregory Allen Hughart of Charleston and Archy Dolder and sister, Shannon Dolder of California.
Her grandparents, Delores and Glenn Hughart, of Tuppers Creek whom Tammy and her mother lived with from the onset of her illiness
until her death. She was a member of
Union Valley Gospel Tabernacle Church.

Tammy was born in Washington, D.C.at George Town University Hospital and she weighed 8 lbs
and 9 ounces at birth and was 19 1/2 inches long.
She had a head full of dark black hair. She was so beautiful. As a little girl, she had such a zest for life,
was always happy and cheerful, always smiling
and giggling. She dearly loved her brother Greg and her cousins, Scott and Travis Burdette, and of course she dearly loved her mother Linda. Tammy was not afraid to die but only worried about her mommy--she said "whos going to take care of my mommy?". She loved to visit
or spend the night with Grandma Hughart and
Aunt Jeanne Burdette. She loved to go to the
beach, Walt Disney World, Barbie Dolls, shop,
play video games, all of the typical things little girls like. Tammy was just a treasure ! She loved Dukes of Hazard; sitcoms of the 70s and Donnie and Marie.
I will always remember at her funeral all the cousins
of Tammy lined up in a row and all bent over and gave
her a goodbye kiss. They were all boys and at the age
when boys do not usually like girls but they all loved
their only girl cousin.

How could I have known when she was born to me
That in such few years she would suffer such
misery
Her eyes that sparkled her smile that gleamed
her life so full of joy -- at least so it seemed.
So you and so sweet her life was made complete
When Jesus called for above and said
"Come home my child" for before Christ died on Calvery
He said "suffer not little children-come unto me".
Her frail little body He could not repair
so He took her to Heaven to live with Him there
She went in the night so calmly and quiet
the pain she had suffered will win her a crown
when she enters Heavens gates
No pain - no tears - no suffering up there--
Gods promise has already been made.
But in my heart she will always be that sweet
little girl who was born unto me.
So until I meet you in that promised land
God holds you in His loving hands
For you are one of His newest angels now
and one sweet day I shall be and there we shall
spend eternity.
From your earthly mother who will always love you
dearly and cherish your memory.

I couldn`t believe that at the age of 11 you would have to leave me to
go to Heaven but God knew you had a beautiful voice so I guess
it was His choice for you to sing in His Heavenly Choir cause
deep in my heart I know thats where you are. An angel in
Heaven for eternity oh how happy you must be. So for now
I will have to carry my burdens here until my cross I lay down
then we will sing together in Glory when I have recieved my crown.
