Victor Asseff, 93, of Charleston, WV was retired from the Kanawha County, WV School System, where he served as teacher, counselor and principal during his career. He was a resident of Charleston and a lifelong member of St. George Orthodox Cathedral. He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran, serving as an instrument man on B-29's and B-17's. He was a graduate of Charleston High School, where he played football. He graduated from Morris Harvey College (now the University of Charleston) and received his Master's Degree and PhD from Marshall University. He was a Mason – Scottish Rite Bodies and a Shriner. Victor enjoyed driving his father's 1970 Buick around Charleston for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Malika Asseff; brother, Sheffek; sisters, Shaffeca and Victoria. He is survived by sister, Julia, and brother, Philip.
