Lou Ann Cox, 59, passed away in her home Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017. She was born Feb. 20, 1958, to Merle Dane Cox and Martha Jean Gerrish Cox in El Paso, Texas. Lou Ann loved nature, and enjoyed being outside and taking walks. She enjoyed playing bingo, and her dog, Coco.
She was preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by her father, and her companion of 38 years, Randy Mundell; her brother, Daryl Cox and his wife Sherry; sisters, Gina Watson and her husband Mike, and Deidre Drake and her husband Terry; brothers-in-law, Larry Mundell and his wife Lina, Gary Mundell and his wife Barbara, Cliff Mundell and his wife Vicky, Johnny Mundell and his wife Lorrie, Russel Mundell, Dave Mundell, Martin Mundell, and Pete Mundell and his wife Susan; sisters-in-law, Mona Vines and her husband Jerry, Bonnie Harris and her husband Billy, Irene Dillingham and her husband Paul, Anita Elrod and her husband Ed, and Sharon Wagner; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services for Lou Ann are scheduled at 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017, in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 N. 13th St., Terre Haute, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Montezuma, Indiana.
