Eliceia Lucille Harbin, 74, of Rockport, Texas died August 23, 2017. "Lecy" Harbin was born to Chester and Lillian Hugghins Gardiner in the Bulah Community near Rusk, Texas. She passed away peacefully in her sleep.
She is survived by Richard, her loving husband of 56 years, sons Lane (Caroline) of Corpus Christi, Kirk (Christine) of San Antonio, and daughter Amy (Manuel) of Excelsior, Mn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren Austin, Kelsey, Heather, Manu, Raul, Carlos and Pablo, brother Larry Gardiner and brother in law David Harbin.
Lecy was a true lady, always putting everyone's needs before her own. More than anything she loved her grandchildren. Her special sense of humor will be greatly missed.
