Graveside services for Mr. Joseph Sayer will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 11, 2017 at Alexandria Memorial Gardens, with Reverends Mike Hedrick officiating. Interment will follow in Alexandria Memorial Gardens under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.
Mr. Sayer, age 82, of Ball, entered eternal rest on Saturday, September 9, 2017 in his residence.
Joseph was a life member of VFW Post #1736 in Alexandria, life member of AMVETS Post #7 in Alexandria, long time past member of The American Legion and Associate member of TREA (The Retired Enlisted Association). He served with honors in the United States Air Force as a Tech Sergeant with over twenty one years of service.
Mr. Sayer is preceded in death by his parents, Leon Joseph and Audrey Fayne Sayer.
