Faith Daryl Berry passed away on April 4, 2017 at the age of 77. She died from a pulmonary embolism after a short illness.
She leaves a sister, Gail Berry West (Togo) of Washington, D.C. and a brother, Theodore N. Berry of Cincinnati, Ohio, two nieces, Tiffany West Smink (Dan) of Denver, Colorado and Hilary Carter West of Washington, D.C. and three nephews, Joshua Alexander Berry, Jacob Anthony Berry and Jonah Andrew Berry of Cincinnati, Ohio and a grand nephew, Jackson West Smink and a grandniece, Natalie Berry Smink, both of Denver, Colorado.
A memorial service will be held at Spring Grove Funeral Home (4389 Spring Grove Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45223) on Thursday, April 13th at 5 pm. Inurnment will take place privately with the family in Spring Grove Cemetery.
