She was a member of Pleasant Union Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Walter Skaggs and Edward Anderson.
She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her wonderful life, son, Thomas Skaggs; brothers: Jerome Smith (Alma) and Andrew Smith; 4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
The visitation is Wednesday, September 20, 2017, 10am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm in Pleasant Union Missionary Baptist Church. The interment will immediately follow in Floral Park Cemetery.
