Spelling of the name on his tombstone is with an 'S'. I believe this to be a mistake. On his wife's tombstone it is Mrs John McCullor. There is also a question as to why some of his brothers/sisters spelled the name McCullor and others spelled it McCullough.

His wife's tombstone is just the left of his. Her name was Balula "Lula" Wilbanks McCullor, but the name on her tombstone is simply Mrs John McCullor.

The inscription at the base of this tombstone reads -

"How desolate our home bereft of thee"
